Using a Cream Shadow Brush, apply Long-Wear Cream Shadow in a light shade all over the lid, from lashline to crease. This will cover any redness and create the perfect base for your liner.
Apply Ink Liner across the upper lashline. Hold liner horizontal against the lashline to draw long, smooth strokes. Extend line up and out past the outer corner of the eye—the end of the wing should taper to a soft point. Make sure that wings look even when eyes are open.
Layer 2-3 coats of Eye Opening Mascara for maximum volume and curl, rolling the wand upward as you apply. Use the brush to fan lashes up and out. Hold the wand vertically and use a light touch to apply mascara on lower lashes.
